How to Develop Healthy Food Habits for a Balanced Lifestyle

Some of you might think that food is only something to fill your stomach. Whether you like it or not, what you put in your mouth plays a crucial role in determining your health and well-being.

Have you ever thought of what your brain needs? What do brain foods do? Do you know any brain foods?

Apparently, consuming a balanced diet filled with essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats is important in order to maintain a good health. If your body receives variety of food, it will function best.


Do you eat more when you're sad or do you skip breakfast just because you don't have time for it? It is difficult to maintain a healthy weight if you loose track of how much you eat or how often you eat. Overeating can lead to weight gain, obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
